  • Collaborated with Swiss Re’s In house Design Team to ensure corporate standard and identity was adapted and implemented to Cape Town’s office
  • New fit-out consisting of:
  • Reception and Waiting Areas
  • Meeting Facilities
  • Additional Toilet and shower facilities
  • Open plan working
  • Centrally located break-out
  • Medical Room
  • Relaxation Room
  • Server & Patch Room
  • Raised Access flooring was installed for future flexibility and neat reticulation of services concealed under the floor.
  • High International security standards – incl. CCTV, access control
  • Most of the furniture was imported from Europe, we were involved in the specification, sourcing and timeous delivery and installation.
  • Each shared workstation was height adjustable
  • Co-ordinated all specialised consultants Nationally and internationally
